Chad Leath is an Alpha Warrior Pro Coach and Director Of Performance. Raised in a small town, Chad grew up playing football and at the direction of his coaches began to pursue track in high school. Within a couple years, he qualified for the 4A UIL State Championships in the 110m Hurdles and soon found a future in the sport.

Chad earned a scholarship to Northwestern State University where he became an 18-time 1st Team Southland Conference athlete, 400m Hurdle School Record Holder, 4-time NCAA Division I Regional Championships Qualifier, 2008 NCAA Division I Championships Qualifier and a 2008 A-Standard USA Olympic Trial Qualifier.

After his personal success as an athlete, he spent over 10 years as a track and strength/ conditioning coach with NSU, Concordia University, and as an intern coach with the University of Texas. Chad also works with the private sector.

Many of his coaching accolades include training Justin Walker, who obtained 9.95 in the 100m dash, Nate Boyer (Green Beret) and other military personnel, collegiate school record holders, youth competitors in central Texas, and professional athletes: sprinters, pro figure competitors, tennis players, and football players.
